The Center for European Studies (CES) of the Department of Political and Social Studies (DiSPS) and the Chair of Sociology of Europe (Prof. Massimo Pendenza) organize the seminar cycle entitled “Back to Europe!“, during which scholars Italians and foreigners will discuss Europe and the challenges it is called to face.
Among the topics that will be dealt with by the speakers: young people and European citizenship, European elections, inequalities in Europe, Brexit, the European identity conveyed by the Erasmus mobility program, social Europe.
The cycle of seminars will end with the Europe Day, organized annually by the CES, and which this year will see Prof. Hans-Jörg Trenz‘s Lectio Magistralis from the University of Copenhagen (Denmark).
The seminar cycle is free of charge and is open to civil society and to all students, doctoral candidates, postdoctors and teachers of the University of Salerno.
Due to the Covid-19 emergency, the seminars (webinars) will be streamed through the Microsoft Teams platform.
